A selection of my moth pictures on antiquarian book covers and pages are on display at the gorgeous, new antiques shop: The Imaginarium in Hastings old Town from June 28th until mid-August 2012. It is located in The Arches of Courthouse Street and open Monday to Friday 10- 2:30 and Saturday to Sunday 10- 5.
Like a Cabinet of Curiousities, The Imaginarium is full of fascinating pieces of beautifully displayed Victoriana. There is so much to see that every time I visit I spot something new hidden away in a corner or hanging from the ceiling. It is rather like walking into the drawing room of an avid collector from Victorian times. I feel that my moth pictures are very much ‘at home’ alongside such things as a beautiful bone collection and antique glass domes.
