Artwave in Lewes
I am delighted to be exhibiting in this popular, annual event in the historic town of Lewes in Sussex. My pictures hang alongside Caroline Morris’ stunning millinery and exquisite jewellery by Alexis Dove in her beautiful shop in The Needlemakers. Alexis Dove displays her jewellery collections in an assortment of victorian, mahogany display cabinets and glass domes. My pictures of moths, bugs and beetles, drawn on antiquarian book covers and pages that date from the same era and that make reference to the Lepidoptera collections popular at this time, sit very comfortably in this gorgeous interior.
