Moths Find a New Home

I often wonder, when one of my pictures is sold, where it then settles. I always hope that its new owner will find a special place for it in their home and continue to enjoy looking at it. It is the nature of selling through galleries that I rarely find out who has bought my artwork let alone have any inkling of the type of interior in which it is subsequently displayed. It was, therefore, very exciting to see an article in The Wealden Times magazine (December 2013 issue), entitled ‘Enduring Legacy’ that featured the elegant, period home of the buyers of a small collection of my artwork.

Flicking through the pages, I discovered a couple of photographs showing three of the moth pictures in one of the attractive rooms in the house. The pictures have been hung alongside exquisite, antique furniture and light fittings on pale grey walls. Curiosity satisfied, I take great pleasure in seeing my artwork in this new context.

The images on this page show The Wealden Times magazine and pages from the article, ‘Enduring Legacy’ as well as some of my recent pictures waiting to be framed and exhibited.
